Klaus

This must be the second time that this happened but I was walking around on BYU campus and to avoid parking problems, I pulled my car into the entryway of one of the buildings. I was in the process of walking back to check on it when I noticed that someone had just barely left a ticket on it. I yelled out, "sir! sir!, excuse me! what seems to be the problem?" It was Klaus. He was working for the department as the guy who wrote up parking tickets. We got into a very heated and emotional argument. "Do you see any signs around here? Any at all that say No Parking? I'm parked perfectly legally. Turns out that I had to hunt down the Dean to submit an appeal because the ticket had already been written. The dean's office was hard to find, but it was upstairs hidden behind some microfilm storage areas. Some old lady finally helped me find the dead. She was busy talking with what looked to be her sister. She was very scrawny and had a larger oval/alien shaped head. She was still pretty though, and I was looking to see if she had a marriage ring on or not. Someone else there commented on her bracelets that had strange gems (they looked like eyes) and they had a white fur that came out of the sides of them in patches. I patiently waited nearby as she worked through the other situation. and I followed. We walked past my car and I realized that I wouldn't have to worry about getting another ticket because the first ticket was still on my windshield. I ended up outside and I ran into Klaus again where we started arguing. I was telling him how he should just take the ticket and rip it up or else I was going to write him a letter that said something like, "Dear Klaus...why do you enjoy being such a dick and leaving people tickets where they are perfectly and legally parked? There are no no-parking signs in the area that should not allow me to park inside the building." To which Klaus responded, "Dear Jacob, it is common knowledge that you cannot park cars inside of buildings and it does not need to be posted that this is against the rules." I remember getting so mad inside at the system that I just wanted to ram my car out through the glass doors. This whole time, BYU students were very offended and shocked that someone would be so defiant. I love that feeling.
